Our Story

Clove Lakes provides a full range of services to individuals who are in need of skilled nursing, therapeutic and / or rehabilitation care. Our success in providing compassionate quality care is evidenced by the excellent reputation we enjoy in our areas of specialization. As a result of delivering a consistently high level of resident and family satisfaction, Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center has been chosen as a teaching facility for nursing students, nursing assistants, physician assistants, medical residents of physiatry and internal medicine, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy programs.

With 576 beds, more than 800 employees, and a medical and nursing staff representing virtually all specialties, Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is able to provide the highest quality care 24-hours a day.
