EVERYONES FAVORITE NYWL RECIPE. 🫑 ⁣

UNSTUFFED BELL PEPPER (2 DAYS)⁣

1 LB OF ORGANIC GROUDN TURLEY (16 OZ)⁣
½ CHOPPED ONION, OR 1 WHOLE SCALLION⁣
1 GARLIC CLOVE⁣
2 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL⁣
3-4 BELL PEPPERS SLICED THIN⁣
1 CUP OF SPINACH⁣
1 TBSP OF TOMATO PASTE⁣
½ CAN OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN⁣
½ CUP OF CHEDDER CHEESE⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣
-in skillet place oil and turkey meat, add seasoning (NO MEASURING – GO CRAZY FOR FLAVOR), PAPRIKA, CHILI POWDER, CAYENNE POWDER, SALT, PEPPER, 2 TSP OF SOY SAUCE.⁣
-Remove meat from pan once fully cooked, toss in onions, cook on medium low, add in garlic & tomato paste. Cook & stir for 5 minutes. Add Bell Peppers & corn. Cover & cook for 5-7 minutes.⁣
-Pour Meat and spinach back into pan & mix well.⁣
-Once spinach softens, add cheese on top and let melt. Serve as is!⁣
(feel free to add some fun healthy toppings ex: ½ avocado, cilantro, jalapenos, Pico de Gallo, Salsa, 1 tbsp of Sour cream⁣


** This is my most popular recipe by far ** ⁣

If you struggle with wanting to quit the minute things slow down, I get it!⁣

When progress seems slow, even though you’re working your A$$ OFF, you might wonder if you should keep going or not. It’s completely normal to have these thoughts.⁣
There will be times when ALL the wins come at once, and there will be times when it feels like you’re going nowhere.⁣
That’s why I always recommend focusing on three types of goals for weight loss: physique changes, fitness improvements, and body movements.⁣

Physique 🪞 : what you see in the mirror. Your clothes fitting better, your jeans feeling looser, your bra on the smallest strap (or having to buy new ones)⁣
As you lose body fat, your body will show you & it will try to tell you. So, before you curse out your scale – Look in the mirror, or Try those pants/skirt on from last year that were super tight on you!⁣

Fitness💪🏼: Your usual 3-5k steps a day feel a lot better with a healthy diet, less inflammation, and better breathing right! Over time, that will gradually turn into 10-12k steps a day & also a new fitness skill. Something you thought you may possibly never do!⁣

Body Movements 🩹:As little as 5-10 lbs can help reduce that stubborn inflammation in your joints/arthritis. Bend those fingers, stretch your knees. How much better does your overall body feel during your Journey? ⁣
How do the steps at work feel or at home, Better right!! ⁣
I’m sure it feels a lot better than it did before you started this journey. ⁣
Guess what, the scale at home won’t tell you or show you that!⁣

What I Offer!

What I offer as a certified nuritionist is not a diet but a lifestyle change. I help with changing the mind that food is not a reward, that good clean eating does not have to be boring, that reading the labels and knowing what you are putting into your body is so important more so than the nutritional facts. I also educate on the benefits and side effects of these ingredients. My passion is to change the outlook on food, on supplements and turn them into the enrichments of life...on fueling and nourishing the body rather than punishing it. I also teach that it's ok to slip, but to get right back on and focus on the goals at hand. This is my passion and I am ever changing myself. I have the knowledge, the resources and the compassion.
