As 2023 gets ready to be swept away, allow any heartache, pain, grief or difficulties you might have faced this year also to be swept away…

Gift yourself with a few moments of quiet reflection of what you might’ve learned from these trials…how you met these challenges or maybe not…how you grew or bent in the winds of change 💛

Can you see the blessings that came with the past year? Look and you will find a few at least…reflect on the small joys that tickled your Spirit or the large ones that had your heart sing! 🌟

2024, a new year, whispers hope…encourages personal shifts we know can be benevolent. Again, maybe take some time to ponder, what would you like this day to look like next year…visualize your desires 🪄 Really think about what you want to leave behind and what you wish to usher in 💨 Be specific. Have a plan. Have faith. Believe! ✨

If you didn’t catch SNL watch this ⬇️ This had me peeing 🤣 and reflecting 💭 Props to SNL writers and more so to SI Pete (not to be confused with Staten Island Chuck) for bringing awareness to addiction, mental illness and bullying through humor! 🙌 As a mental health professional and someone who personally has walked through some of these, I say there is no such thing as bad press shedding Light on these things we often like to keep hidden 💫 Suffering does not need to continue 🙏 Wishing Pete and you, positivity, stability and blessings ✨
