I love journaling and it’s a habit I developed as a kid. It can feel weird to try as an adult, so here are a couple of starting points:
📝 there’s no right or wrong
📝 it can be done digitally or by hand
📝 you can start with how you feel, what you’re physically sensing, or what you wish could be
Just make sure you have it in a private space if you don’t want others reading it (and remember digital media are not usually private)

End-of-year energy can get loud.
The recaps. The milestones. The pressure to prove you did enough.

Here’s your reminder:
You don’t need to summarize your worth.
You don’t need to justify your pace.
You don’t owe anyone a list of accomplishments.

Growth doesn’t always show up as something you can post.
And that counts.

Share this post with someone who needs the reminder.

Channukah invites us to pause, reflect, and notice the light, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain. This post offers one gentle mindfulness prompt for each of the 8 nights. You can start on night one, night eight, or anywhere in between.
There's no right way to do this. Start where you are. Light what you can.
(And yes, we know it's a chanukiah, but that doesn't alliterate with "mindful moments" nearly as well)

Save this post to return to throughout the week, and share in the comments: Which night or prompt speaks to you most right now?

Respectful engagement only. Comments that include or border on hate will be removed.

Revisiting this gem from last year because it still hits. Rest is not slacking. It is essential to our well-being and growth. Pause, breathe, and let yourself bloom.

Quick Mindfulness Exercises:
1) 5-minute breath check: inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6.
2) Body scan: Notice your body from toes to head and release tension.
3) Mindful walk: Step outside, feel your feet on the ground, and use your senses to notice the world around you.

Your turn! What is your favorite way to unwind and recharge?

Had such a lovely time at the provider networking event hosted by at last night. And a special shoutout to for the candle-making magic.
Between the creativity, the conversations, and the incredible gluten-free food, it was such a genuine reminder of how grounding community can be. Sometimes the smallest moments refill your cup the most.

Here’s what self-care looks like for this cozy therapist girlie:
A mix of nature, whimsy, crafting, soft mornings, and all the tiny things that make life feel gentle again.
Self-care doesn’t always have to be “big.” Small joys can have a big impact.
Sometimes it’s a mushroom-shaped squirrel feeder, a Stardew Valley craft, or reading for a book club with iced coffee.
What’s one small thing bringing you comfort lately?

If therapy styles were Thanksgiving sides…
Would you go for mashed-potato CBT, EMDR-gravy, or sweet-potato somatic comfort?
There’s a spot at the table for every style.

Give yourself permission to be human. You don’t have to carry it all. Small choices can help you stay grounded even when the world feels loud.
Save this for the next chaotic week.

We're often taught to shrink ourselves to make others comfortable. But know that your growth does not need anyone's permission. You belong, your presence matters, and it's time to claim your space unapologetically.
Save this post for the days you need a reminder, and follow for more mantras to expand boldly, freely, and fully.

So I went to an in-person training events yesterday… And I actually had fun!
The training was all about branding and storytelling in our businesses. And my new ideas started churning immediately.
The absolute highlight for me was getting to meet online friends in real life (oh hey ) and meet new friends in the healing world ❤️‍🩹
