Reiki is a powerful and at the same time delicate method of balancing and harmonizing all human systems. As a result, the physical body is strengthened, emotions and the mind are balanced, and you regain the sense of calm, peace, and security. Reiki is a way to develop spiritually, to become more conscious and effective in living your life.
On May 20th, 2023, Saturday, at 4 pm, we invite you to learn Traditional Reiki level 1. During the seminar you will receive a permanent Reiki attunement, learn to give energy through your hands to heal yourself and others, receive information about human body energy structure, about chakras and energy channels. During the practical part, we will perform 2 meditations: grounding and cleansing of the chakras, practice giving Reiki to each other by putting hands on positions on the body.
The duration of the seminar depends on the number of participants (usually from 3 - 4 hours). After the seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion of the 1st level in Traditional Reiki system. Welcome!

Welcome to Yoga classes at Olympia Activity Center (1126 Olympia blvd, 2nd Floor, Staten Island, NY 10306). Starting December 1st, 2022, I will offer classes for beginner and intermediate levels. Morning and evening classes are available in a spacious comfortable room. Please, bring yoga mat and blanket. Yoga blocks and strap are optional, only if you feel you need them (strongly recommended for beginners to have yoga blocks and yoga strap). You can come to any of those classes as asanas can be adjusted to your level.
Beginner yoga class: Wednesday 9:30 – 10:30 am
Thursday 8 – 9 pm
Intermediate yoga class: Monday, Tuesday 8 – 9 pm
Friday 9:30 – 10:30 am

Friendly reminder what to bring to yoga class:
You will definitely need yoga mat and a blanket.
Yoga blocks and yoga strap are optional. But I recommend beginners to have them as it will be more comfortable to get into asanas.

Dear friends! On June 11th, Saturday, 4pm to 8pm, we invite you to learn the 1st level of the most powerful Reiki program – Omni Healing. Dr. Sameer Kale developed Omni Healing system in 1997. It provides healing on faster rate on all levels including the physical, mental, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and karmic. The Omni Healing system is about 300 times more powerful than the traditional or Usui Reiki.
Level 1 seminar will include Omni attunement, learning self-healing, partner healing and distant healing using 5 sacred symbols. Also, there will be one meditation and some practice. After the seminar you will get a certificate.

During initiation, you will receive a permanent Reiki attunement, learn to give energy through your hands to heal yourself and others, receive information about human body energy structure, about chakras and energy channels. During the practical part, we will perform 2 meditations: grounding and cleansing of the chakras, as well as breathing techniques, practice giving Reiki to each other by putting hands on positions on the body.
The duration of the seminar is approximately 4 hours (from 4 to 8 pm). After the seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion of the 1st level in Traditional Reiki system. Welcome!
