Head lice can be frustrating, but they’re common and manageable! Here’s what to do if your child has lice:
🕵️‍♀️ Check everyone in the household for lice and nits (eggs).
🧴 Use an over-the-counter lice treatment shampoo following the instructions carefully.
🪥 Comb wet hair with a fine-tooth nit comb daily for at least a week to remove eggs.
🛏️ Wash bedding, hats, and clothing in hot water, and vacuum furniture and carpets.
🚫 Avoid sharing hats, brushes, or headphones to prevent spread.
📞 If over-the-counter treatments don’t work or you have questions, give us a call—we’re here to help!

Just like physical health, your child’s mental health needs regular check-ins—especially during times of change.
🧠 Ask open-ended questions like:
“How are you feeling about school?”
“What was the best part of your day?”
“Is there anything worrying you?”
These small moments of connection help build emotional awareness, reduce anxiety, and remind your child they’re not alone. 💬
Let’s support growing minds—inside and out.

🔍 What it helps with:
This simple experiment builds early science skills like prediction, observation, and critical thinking—plus, it’s tons of fun!
