We are so proud of this hard working lady!! Jessica has lost 65 pounds and 88% of her weight loss is in fat mass. Also has had non-scale victories by normalizing her cholesterol with following our lifestyle/behavior modifications. She continues to follow up in the maintenance phase to ensure she keeps her weight within her desirable range.
