MYTH: “If my loved one uses a walker, they’re safe from falls.”
TRUTH: Walkers help with stability — but they can actually increase fall risk if not properly sized, maintained, or used on cluttered flooring.

✅ Make sure:

- The walker is the right height
- The brakes work (for wheeled models)
- Rugs and cords are cleared from walkways
- They’re trained on proper use
