The Institute for Health Logistics & Analytics at Georgia Southern University works daily to transform the health and well-being of our communities through applied evidence-based practices and technology integration. Our small but mighty team is located on Georgia Southern's beautiful downtown Statesboro campus. 🚗Our Community Outreach Coordinators have been busy traveling across South Georgia building connections with community partners for our Rural Opioid Harm-Reduction Project ( ). We’re continually inspired by the people and organizations working every day to strengthen their communities and want to highlight them here!

📣Oasis Recovery Community Organization in Tifton, GA is a peer-led recovery community organization supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use. Through advocacy, education, and recovery support services, they create a safe and empowering space where people can find connection, hope, and long-term recovery resources. (And they may have the best movie theater in Tift County!)
