Seasonal allergies got you down?
While there is no way to completely eliminate seasonal allergies, there are certain things you can do to lessen the severity of your symptoms. Taking over-the-counter decongestants or antihistamines will help reduce sneezing and sniffling, and below are a few helpful strategies to alleviate allergy symptoms.

-Know when to take your allergy medicines. Start taking your nose sprays or OTC antihistamines about two weeks before allergy season starts.
-Keep indoor air clean. You can do this by using a dehumidifier and vacuuming regularly.
-After spending time outside, remove your clothes and shower to rinse pollen from your skin and hair.
