✨Get to Know Your Practice Administrators at Southern Family Medicine ✨
We are proud to have a dedicated leadership team working behind the scenes to keep both our Claxton and Statesboro offices running smoothly for our patients and staff.
Lanette Tippins serves as our Head of Human Resources, clinical compliance, provider compliance and training, clinical student placement and rotations, vendor relations, and public relations for both offices. She also manages the day-to-day operations of our Claxton office and serves as our KidsABC Coordinator and MCG research study coordinator, as well as also scribes for Dr. Miller.
Lanette is originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, but made Claxton home 15 years ago after marrying her husband, Jordy Tippins. Together they have one son, Jordy Tippins Jr. (JJ), who attends Pinewood Christian Academy.
Josh Braun serves as our Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations for both offices and managing the day-to-day operations of our Statesboro location. Josh also oversees building operations, IT systems for the practice, and serves as our in-house eClinicalWorks expert, helping ensure our facilities, technology, and systems run smoothly for both staff and patients.
Josh was originally raised in Claxton, Georgia, and now resides in Statesboro with his wife, Leslie Braun. They have two daughters, Lilly Kate and Lyla, who both attend Bulloch Academy.
Together, they are committed to serving our community and working hard every day to make your experience at Southern Family Medicine the best it can be.
