⭐ Athlete of the Month: Bit Nichols ⭐
Bit has been part of our Fusion Training family for nearly three years, and we couldn’t be more excited to recognize him this month!
He’s a consistent 12:15pm CrossFit member and has also taken steps to improve his health by working on his nutrition with us. Beyond the gym, Bit is a husband, proud father of five, and despite a busy schedule and many responsibilities, he still makes time to show up and take care of himself.
We admire how he balances it all; his dedication to fitness, his commitment to his family, and the positive presence he brings to our community. Bit is the kind of member who inspires others by showing that no matter how full life is, prioritizing health is always worth it.

Q: What brought you to Fusion Training in the first place?
A: My wife signed me up for an X4 class at a time when I was way overweight and needed to start paying attention to my health. Tried it and walked out the door and threw up!!! Said I need to do something!
Q: What were your goals when you joined?
A: I had been working out at home for a few months with a buddy’s home gym and was committed to getting control of my body. He got sick and I was all alone working out but was doing nutrition with Maria. Then decided to give CF a try, and I was hooked.
Q: What’s your favorite part about working out here?
A: The people… coaches and fellowship with other members.
Q: What advice would you give to someone nervous about starting?
A: To not be… get out here and do what you can do to start, then watch your body change and get better! We're here for you to push you through.
