30 years is a long time, to do anything especially work with the eldery. RuthAnn has done just that. She has done so with the light and the love of Jesus on her face daily. She’s come in on days when no other would show up and worked long past time to leave. I can’t thank her enough, for all the years of dedication, service and Love. But today we tried to say thank you, in the best way we knew how.

Ralph did the Empty Tomb demonstration for the residents this afternoon . The crescent rolls with a marshmallow inside is meant to symbolize the burial and resurrection of Christ. The marshmallow represents Jesus’ body and the roll dough represents the tomb. When the rolls are taken out of the oven and opened up, the marshmallow is not there. The residents love when Ralph does this demonstration each year. In fact , the staff enjoy it as well! ❤️

HAPPY ACTIVITY PROFESSIONAL WEEK….AND YES WE HAVE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

Sometimes words are just not enough to tell how thankful we are for you and all you do for us and the residents daily. You enrich their lives and ours. From your extensive planning for events…to my “omg” we gotta do this Barb!! Shenanigans, to the times we see you quietly sitting holding a hand, reading a story, or quieting a fear, or telling them the same thing for the 977th time, with the patience of Job! Thank you for putting up with all of us. WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW❤️❤️

P.S. Also thank you for being like a Mother to all of us, for thinking of our families and our kids even when you’re away, and always doing something to make another life better. We love you, and we appreciate you.
