The Hearts and Hands Clinic

The Hearts and Hands Clinic Bulloch County's only free healthcare clinic for the medically uninsured. Together we take our hearts and use our hands to inspire by giving hope.

The Hearts & Hands Clinic promotes healthy living and health education by providing free primary health services for Bulloch County residents who are medically uninsured and have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Our purpose is not one of enabling, but to serve the community by providing support for individuals as they seek ways to better themselves. Services Offered:

-Primary Medical Care
-Chronic Care Education
-Prescription Assistance
-Dental Screenings

Eligibility Requirements:

-All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
-Applicants must be uninsured
-All applicants must be residents of Bulloch County

*There is a wait list process in order to become a patient. Call the office for additional information.

Join our team! We are hiring a practice coordinator to oversee the clinic's daily operations. This position will:
• Manage the student volunteer program including recruitment, scheduling, interviews, and daily oversight
• Oversee the general office including workspace allocation, equipment maintenance, inventory, and overall organization
• Manage vendors related to supply order and delivery, office equipment, housekeeping, phone/internet, and facilities
• Oversee patient and physician schedules
