A project of Equuvation {equuvation.org}, the Rocky Creek Discovery Trail is a multi-dimensional outdoor sensory experience intended for therapeutic, educational, and equestrian use. Accessed on foot, by horse or by ATV, the RC Discovery Trail features 26 interactive stations that target one’s senses of sight, sound, taste, smell, touch, humor, creativity, balance and awe. Built to set an example as the very best in the industry, the RC Discovery Trail offers therapists, educators, parents, group leaders and equine-professionals an opportunity to expand the experience of those they work with. Supported by a state-of-the-art digital experience, the RC Discovery Trail allows users to track their progress, plan for curriculums and download supporting educational materials for each station and every age group. It is the only of its kind in the United States and is open for use by appointment only.

🐕Are you looking for a great puppy class in a safe but sensory-rich setting? Or maybe you have an older dog you want to strengthen your skills with and learn something new? Equuvation has partnered with Synapse Canine to offer PAWS WITH PURPOSE—a 5-week Skills Workshop for dogs and their humans! Join us on the farm for a special group class designed to help your dog become a well-mannered companion—all while supporting a great cause!
🐶In this course, dogs of all ages will learn (or get a refresher on) the basics: focus/name conditioning, sit, down, stay, recall, heel, leave it, and place. We’ll explore how dogs learn, helping you generalize good behavior beyond the farm (and home), and throw in a little trick training, too! Take advantage of our farm environment, where your pup can be exposed to animals, obstacles, and more!

▪️DOGS | Puppies over 10 weeks are welcome (must have at least one set of vaccines). Rabies required for all dogs over 4 months.
▪️HUMANS | Handlers must be over age 12. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
