Rayah - also known as โ€œRay-Rayโ€ - and her crew, Ember, Ava, and Ariyah, have been part of The Rec family for the past 9 months!

What first brought Rayah to The Rec? Childcare - and itโ€™s been a game changer for her and her family. Having a place where she feels comfortable bringing her kids has made it easier to stay consistent and focused on her health.

When asked her favorite thing about The Rec, Rayah shared how welcoming everyone is. She says the friendly environment and supportive staff make a big difference, especially when it comes to trusting the childcare team with her little ones.

Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga on May 13th. It's a beginner-friendly class designed for moms and their little ones (12 months and younger). It's the perfect way to practice a little self-care, bond with your baby, and connect with other moms in the community.
