Our kick off to brought in 1,000 pounds toward our 15,000 pound goal. Five full shopping carts only made a small dent, which is why we need everyone to join in!

If your body was your dream car… would you skip the maintenance?

At our Men’s Health event this past Saturday, we heard valuable insights from Dr. Tao Cui, with PHC Piedmont Urology, Dr. Dwight Bellingham, with PHC Bellingham Family Medicine & Aesthetic Laser Clinic, and Dr. William Mitchell, with Southern Oncology Specialists.

Dr. Bellingham shared a simple but powerful reminder: you’d never ignore the oil changes, fluids, or tune-ups on a car you cared about. Your body deserves that same level of attention.
Men, stay hydrated, fuel yourself with nutritious foods, and don’t put off the routine check-ups and screenings that keep you running smoothly.

Your health is the most valuable “engine” you’ll ever own. Take care of it. 💚

We are partnering with local businesses (and encouraging others to join!) to FILL our local food pantries: Yokefellow Ministry, The Salvation Army, & Iredell Christian Ministries.
