We have received a shipment of flu vaccines. We have some flu clinics coming up in the next couple of weeks. If you would like for your child to get the flu vaccine, call the office today to schedule an appointment.

We are aware of the letters that were mailed to our patients that have Medicaid Healthy Blue, stating Piedmont Healthcare Pediatrcs is no longer in network with them and you will be assigned a new P*P

We have confirmed with Healthy Blue that this was an error on their part. We are still contracted with Healthy Blue and you do not need to change offices. You should be receiving a new letter from Healthy Blue informing you of this error.

As of 7/14/25, our office will no longer accept NEW families who do not vaccinate their children with routine childhood immunizations without a true medical contraindication.

Included in this recommendation are DTaP, IPV, HiB, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus, MMR, Varivax, meningococcal and TdaP vaccines. We continue to recommend but not require Hepatitis A, flu, HPV vaccines.

Courtney started with us 25 years ago as a patient and came back in 2020 to work as a PRN receptionist. While doing so, she was attending Mitchell Community College pursuing a degree in Nursing. This year Courtney graduated from Mitchell with her RN, and in May passed her NCLEX. She will be starting her new journey in the NICU at Atrium Baptist this July. Congratulations Courtney, we are proud of you!
