Lowry Drug Company is a family owned and operated business that has served the area for over 50 years. The business was established by Fred Lowry Sr. in 1959 with the commitment of providing the highest quality, cost effective care for our customers. This tradition of care is being continued into the next century by two of his sons, Fred Lowry Jr., Paul Lowry, and one daughter, Carol Pons. We have a full service pharmacy with a state of the art compounding laboratory to serve all of your prescription needs. Compounded prescriptions include hormone replacement, topical pain medication, and specialized medication for pets. We also have an extensive selection of sports nutrition, vitamin supplements, herbs, and homeopathics. Wellness consultations are available by appointment. You will find a full line of home medical equipment. In home delivery services for oxygen, hospital beds, trapeze bars, patient lifts, wheelchairs, and walkers. Our staff of pharmacists, respiratory technicians, pharmacy and medical equipment technicians and registered nurse are ready to meet all of your healthcare needs. Need help with winter skin irritation and inflammation? Have you tried essential oils?

Chamomile, Rose, Heranium, Clary Sage, Helichrysum , Frankinscense can all be used to help moisten and heal the skin.

Always dilute essential oils with a carrier, such as Jojoba or Almond oil, before applying directly to the skin. Roll-on bottles are perfect.

Usual dilution is 1-2% essential oil to carrier oil.
