How to cook hard boil farm fresh eggs to peel easy....Been saying this for years. The eggs in this picture are all less than a week. Some from same day.
1. Get your Steamer filled with water (we use RO or spring water)
2. Set your eggs in the steamer basket
3. Bring water to a boil with lid on.
4 Set your timer for 20 min once water is boiling
5. Let water stay boiling so steam is going for 20 min
6. turn heat off and lets eggs sit still steaming 10 to 15 min
7 let eggs cool completely 9I put in cool water to speed that part up.
8. PEEL EGGS
9. ENJOY

Nanny’s Trash Story

My Nanny Passed away in 2009, every Christmas season she would take turns visiting our family for the Holidays or my Uncle’s family. There were several things she always made sure we had and one of my favorites has been the Trash mix with her secret seasoning blend. She called it “trash” because you put a little of everything in it. We always looked forward to Christmas time because whether she came to our house or my Uncle’s we always had our trash shipped to us or brought with her. When I lived in Florida she shipped it down to me. She showed my mom and I how to make it and it took lots of trails and errors and forgetting that secret ingredient . Once we got it we had it down. Well when my mom passed away I of course wanted to carry on the tradition with the special recipe. There is no other Chex mix out there that taste like Nanny’s Trash. So my mom and my Nanny would be thrilled that we have gotten such a great response to the idea of selling the mix. Thank you and if you want a free sample sent to you just pay the sipping and we will send out a small bag for you to try before you get a big gallon size bag. Gratefully, Lisa Biggs.
