Western State Hospital was proud and privileged to host the DBHDS HR Conference on April 16th and 17th. It was a truly fabulous two‑day event bringing HR professionals from across the Department together under one roof.

The HR Forum created a valuable space for collaboration, shared learning, and strengthening connections across our HR community. Sessions were engaging, conversations were energizing, and the sense of partnership and purpose was evident throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making the conference a success. Western State Hospital was honored to serve as this year’s host and looks forward to continued collaboration across DBHDS.

A special thank‑you to our Nutrition team for providing breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the event. We also extend our appreciation to our Staff Development team for ensuring the right space, setup, and technical support to keep everything running smoothly.
