⭐️We're Hiring a CE & Day Support Manager!⭐️

Sunny Haven Residential Services is looking for a Community Engagement & Day Support Manager to lead our new Day Support office in Staunton, VA. This is a great opportunity to make a difference by supporting DSPs and adults with disabilities while growing meaningful programs in the community.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee Community Engagement & Day Support programs

✔ Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

✔ Ensure compliance with DBHDS, HCBS, and Medicaid regulations

✔ Manage staff schedules and approve daily notes

✔ Communicate with staff, families, and stakeholders

✔ Use Lauris for documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience supporting individuals with IDD, with two years in a leadership role

🔹 High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)

🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills

🔹 Tech-savvy and eager to learn (Required!)

This hourly position is based at our Sunny Day building in Staunton, VA. Day Support services start in April 2025.
