Trust, I know there’s a lot of conflicting info out there…

I’m going to break it down for you 💪…

You do not need a magical rep number to build muscle.

Not 10.
Not 12.
Not 15.

Muscle can be built across a wide range of reps if the set is challenging enough and your training progresses over time.

That means:

✔️ Heavier sets (5–8 reps) can build muscle
✔️ Moderate sets (8–15 reps) can build muscle
✔️ Higher reps (15–30 reps) can build muscle too

So what actually matters?

1) Getting close to failure
Meaning the set feels hard; not like a warm-up.

2) Progressive overload
More weight, more reps, better control, more challenge over time.

3) Consistency
A smart plan repeated long enough to work.

4) Recovery
Sleep, protein, food, stress management.

The reason so many people stay stuck isn’t because they picked the wrong rep range…

It’s because they repeat the same comfortable workout for 6 months and call it a plateau.

Save this for the next time someone says “3 sets of 10 is the only way.”

Everyone wants to “get fit by Memorial Day”…

but no one wants to hear this part:

You don’t need:
❌ 6 days a week
❌ 2-a-days
❌ to destroy yourself in every workout

You need something you can actually repeat next week.

If I were programming for you right now, it would look like this:

✔️ 3 strength workouts (progressive, not random)
✔️ 2–3 walks (yes, walking still counts)
✔️ 10–15 min of mobility when your body feels like trash
✔️ enough food to support your energy (not survive the day)

That’s it.

Because the women who feel the best by summer?
Aren’t the ones doing the most…
they’re the ones who stopped starting over.

Save this so you don’t fall into the “panic and overdo it” trap next week…
