Here are 5 signs that you may not be lifting 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘺 enough…
1️⃣ You can easily do a ton of reps-
you can’t tell the difference between your first rep and your last rep
2️⃣ You’re 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 sore-
I’m not talking about can’t walk soreness… butt if you’re 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 sore, it’s an indicator that you’re muscles have adapted to the stimulus you’re placing on it… you’re muscles need a new challenge to 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸
3️⃣ You can’t remember the last time you increased your weight -
like it’s been 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴. This is where 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘥 becomes important
