This is a little bit of a bittersweet week.
Friday is our last day in those 4 walls together.
So let’s take some time Friday to fellowship and be together.
I will be at the gym from 10-12.

Ladies! We will be closed Monday, May 5 in the afternoon. We will be open 7 AM till 1 PM as normal. But there will be no afternoon hours. Our very sweet Carol will be celebrating her birthday and will not be able to staff the gym. enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Philly Beef and Salami Pizza
A bold and flavorful twist on a classic! Tender grass-fed beef, savory salami, and melty mozzarella come together on a gut-friendly sourdough crust for the ultimate protein-packed, deliciously satisfying pizza.

🍕 Ingredients (Use organic when possible!)
For the Sourdough Pizza Dough:
2 cups organic sourdough starter (active & bubbly)
1 ½ cups organic all-purpose or whole wheat flour
½ tsp Himalayan salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup warm filtered water

For the Toppings:
½ cup organic tomato sauce (no added sugar!)
1 cup organic mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup thinly sliced grass-fed beef (pre-cooked)
¼ cup organic nitrate-free salami, sliced
½ organic red onion, thinly sliced
½ organic bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup organic mushrooms, sliced
Fresh oregano & basil for garnish
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat!)

🍕 Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead until smooth, then let it rest for 2-4 hours at room temperature to rise.
2️⃣ Preheat Your Oven (or Pizza Oven!) to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, heat it up as well!
3️⃣ Roll out the Dough on a floured surface, shaping it into your perfect pizza base.
4️⃣ Add the Sauce & Toppings: Spread a thin layer of organic tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese, and layer on the beef, salami, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
5️⃣ Bake: Place your pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes (or until the crust is golden and crispy).
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Slice and enjoy!
