Metta Vibrations Our motto is: Resonate Love, Receive Love, Repeat. Greg Burns is a practitioner in the Healing Art of Sound and owner of Metta Vibrations.

Using the Healing Art of Sound and instruments such as singing bowl, gong, and drum, Metta Vibrations offers public and private events, classes and workshops to help foster wellness and transformation. He provides various Sound and Meditation events and classes, all focused on helping the individual. Greg has been leading these types of classes for over 8 years now after working for 15 years in a therapy hospital, helping him to develop a broad understanding of how we heal and feel better. Over the last 8 years he has led over 500 group events and more than 100 individual sessions in a wide range of settings, such as yoga studios, schools, retirement centers, festivals, and more. Greg offers public events and classes throughout the mid-Atlantic region and beyond. He can also be booked for private classes or for your public events. Excited to announce a Winter Solstice SALT + SOUND session for Saturday, 12/20 inside the amazing Salt Cave at Pomona Salt Cave & Spa! Due to some scheduling challenges we've decided to pause the monthly SALT + SOUND sessions until Spring, so this will be the only public session in the Cave until then.
