09/01/2025
As we move into September you can feel the beginnings of the seasonal transition, with the crisp nights and changing angle of the sun. By the time we reach Fall Equinox we'll definitely be noticing the shorter days as autumn arrives. My calenderfor the month already has some some notable sessions to mention, such as:
- final Sunset Sound Bath in the Garden at Boxerwood for this year
- Fall Equinox session inside the Salt Cave on 9/20, plus I'll be setup all day doing 1:1 mini sessions outside at the spa
- my next visit to Hot House Yoga Midlo
- Friday Night Candlelight sessions at RVCC
- first session for the season at Center of Gravity in Lexington
- Yoga, Sound and Breathwork at Boars Head Resort
