Promotion Physical Therapy ProMotion Physical Therapy provides outpatient care to individuals with injuries and disabilities to maximize their overall quality of life.

ProMotion Advanced Functional Rehab has been open since 2005. We strive to administer the best care and customer service possible. Currently we are located in Stayton, OR on N 1st St. by the Library and Deb's Attic. We now have an additional location in Silverton, OR with a new address of 602A Front Street. It is across the street from Subway and the post office. Staff:
