Physical therapy that skips actually preparing your body for what you care about isn’t it anymore.
Some red flags to avoid 🚩
-Vast majority of your sessions you’re just lying on a table
-You get 1-2 exercises (if any!!!) and they’re never progressed
-There’s no clear plan to get you back to what you care about, every session is just bandaid treatments
