I welcomed three new moms to the space and had a postpartum session with a previous client.
Heart is full.

When I chose to go to massage school, I had two primary focuses and intentions behind it. One being I wanted to work with expectant mothers and the other with athletes.

Over these last 13 years it has been a journey exploring, learning, and growing in both fields…
directly and indirectly…
Also not only from hands on and continuing education but also personal experience.

To be bringing to life a vision I had over 10 years ago of a co-operative space is heart warming. A work in progress with the foundation laid.

Took some time off to welcome our sweet baby girl!
What a joy it has been,
and so many new unfoldings.
Hope everyone has had time to tend to themselves this winter,
and as we have crossed half between winter solstice and spring equinox,
I hope everyone takes the time to soak up these closing winter months and begin setting their visions and intentions for spring renewal.

and last gateway
from birth to death

as we are in the time of pure yin,
the energy of the feminine waters
is one of adaptability
giving us opportunities
to release our need for control
we soften
and allow all the conflicting parts to exist.

let the waters of the feminine envelop us.
she is the waters of the calm dark womb of the universe.
