Last week we wrapped up focusing our movements and breath
that worked with all that encompassed
the season of Autumn,
the Metal element,
the governing organs of our lungs and large intestine,
and the emotional connection.
Yins descent.

We now move into Winter.
Peak Yin.
Welcomed as we sat in the beauty of darkness and gave thanks.

Qigong over the next few months will connect us to the season of Winter, the Water element, kidneys and bladder (fluid balance), and the associated emotions.
Along with much more as we cultivate and tend to our vital life force ✨ QI.
