Über 100 Bänder halten die Knochen und Gelenke des Fußes zusammen, wobei nur 20 Muskeln mit ihren starken Sehnen für die Bewegung des Fußes sorgen.
Den Sehnen wird oft kaum Beachtung geschenkt; erst wenn es weh tut. Dabei sind diese die Seile zwischen Muskel und Knochen, die uns Kraft geben.
An diesem Präparat wurden sie gezielt heraus präpariert. Im weiteren Schritt werden alle Strukturen mit Nadeln, Folien und Pölsterchen an die anatomisch korrekte Position gebracht.

Desirée and I are celebrating our 25th workshop training in Steamboat Springs Colorado! We have offered Wisdom Warriors workshops in the USA, Mexico, Europe and Asia beginning in 2013. They have been an amazing opportunity to integrate alignment based yoga with physical therapy. In 2018 we travelled to Singapore and Zurich, Switzerland with Desirée’s husband Andrew Rivin. This is our first live training since Desiree and Andrew’s annual retreat in San Miguel, De Allende in 2020. I am excited to share recent work with Gail Wetzler, the Barral Institute, and a Canadian PT, Diane Lee, Integrated Systems Model.
