To the Best Practice Members in the World,

We are writing to share some important news about our practice. Dr. Levi has made the decision to resign and will stop seeing patients at Lifted Chiropractic on Thursday. We are grateful for the care and service they have provided during their time here and wish him luck in his future endeavors. His departure unfortunately means we are no longer able to continue operating Lifted in its current form. Thursday, August 28th will be the last day of operation for Lifted Chiropractic Steamboat.

It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of your health journey. We know this news may come as a disappointment, and we truly regret the impact it may have on your ongoing care. Our priority is always your well-being, and we want to support you in making a smooth transition.

If you need assistance in finding another chiropractic provider in the area, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are happy to provide referrals and help ensure your care continues without interruption.
