What is Rakta Journey?

Rakta Journey is a slower, stronger, more intentional practice, blending grounding Hatha-style holds with mindful vinyasa flow. We move with breath, build strength without rushing, and create space to feel steady, connected, and embodied.

Class is heated 101-103. You’ll sweat. A lot!

It’s challenging, but supportive.
Deep, but accessible.
A place to land as we close out the year.

We’ve added extra Journey classes this week to give you more opportunities to step in, slow down, and move with purpose.
