Healing rarely happens when we keep pushing things aside. It begins when we give ourselves permission to pause, reflect, and do the deeper work that leads to real change.

At Reins of Empowerment Counseling, we are currently accepting new clients and welcome adults and youth from all walks of life who are ready to explore their healing and growth.

We offer several approaches to support your journey:

🐎 Equine-Assisted Therapy
🧠 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
💬 Traditional Talk Therapy

While we do not currently accept insurance, we will be accepting insurance soon. In the meantime, we offer sliding scale options to help make therapy more accessible.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to focus on your mental health… this might be it. Growth doesn’t require perfection—just the courage to begin.
