✨How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel through your confirmation email, or by downloading the MindBody app. The app makes it super easy to view your upcoming classes and manage everything without having to log in each time, so I definitely recommend downloading it.
✨What should I bring? Do we wear shoes?
Just bring yourself (and water if you’d like!). Classes are done barefoot or in grip socks—no shoes needed. We have a space for you to store your things.
✨What is the waitlist? Will I lose my class if I don’t get in?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist! Spots often open up as people cancel, so there’s a good chance you’ll get in. If you don’t, your class credit will automatically be returned to your account to use for a future class.
✨Cancellation Policy
We get it—things happen! Per website policy classes must be cancelled at least five hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations (less than 5 hours before class) will not be credited, and no-shows may be subject to a $10 no-show fee, as well as a loss of the class. This is just to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity! Thank you for understanding. 🫶🏻
✨Parking
There is currently some construction going on but you are still able to park in the main lot. If the main lot is full, you can park in the lower lot behind the old general store and walk through the walkway to the studio.
✨Class Packs
When you purchase a class pack, any classes you book will automatically pull from those credits—not your card. If you run into any issues, just reach out and I’ll help you!
