River Oaks Care Center River Oaks is a 90-bed, Medicare and Medicaid Certified Skilled Nursing Facility, that provides 24-hour care to our residents.

It is important to us for all our residents needs, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual, to be met. River Oaks Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in the southern part of Pemiscot County, servicing Southeast Missouri, Northeast Arkansas, and Western Tennessee. River Oaks Care Center focuses on caring for residents who may need long-term placement or short-term rehabilitation following a hospitalization. River Oaks Care Center does their best to make you feel like family. 🎭💜💛💚 Mardi Gras Fun at River Oaks Care Center! 💚💛💜🎭

Today our residents had an amazing time celebrating Mardi Gras! We enjoyed a delicious King’s Cake, and everyone was excited competing to see who would find the baby inside. 👑

Residents also got creative making festive Mardi Gras masks with arts and crafts while we watched a live stream of the parade together. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and great memories made throughout the day!

We're extending our heartfelt thanks to all the families and visitors who joined us for a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration with our residents on Thursday night. Our kitchen staff are the real MVPs for creating a meal that was pure magic, and we're also grateful to the staff and volunteers who helped make the night a huge success.
