✨ Jesus + Therapy = Healing ✨

This past Sunday, Beautiful You Enterprise in collaboration with Elevated Mental Health hosted our Beautiful You Gathering for a powerful, faith-filled afternoon!

Together we created a compassionate space and used a guided activity for women to:
• Identify areas of potential brokenness
• Reflect on how past experiences can impact the present
• Practice expressing emotions in healthy ways

It was truly a blessing to witness women show up authentically, ready to grow, heal, and connect. When faith and mental health conversations come together, breakthrough happens.

A big heartfelt thank you to Pastor Cedra Washington for graciously hosting us for this meaningful event. Your hospitality helped make this gathering so special.

The first Jesus + Therapy = Healing support group starts Monday, and I don’t know about you, but this week as a mom has me so ready to be in this space with you all! Parenting brings such joy, but it can also be challenging and overwhelming. I can’t wait to come together, release, recharge, and refocus through the power of prayer and therapy.

For our first session, we’ll be diving into “The Power of Prayer” and exploring ways to find strength and peace, even in the hardest moments. If you've registered, check your email for details! And if you’re hoping to join, hop on the waitlist—we’ll reach out if space opens up.
