The Detox Box Phase 3
Update on how Kevin and Jessica are doing with the detox as they start Phase 3.
Both have lost 8-10 pounds each, an inch eachboff their waist and 1/2 inch each off hips, thighs and arms. All carvings for sugar are gone, energy levels are more stable throughout the day, but the biggest change is a HUGEimprovent in quality of sleep.
