Dr. D started his Saturday morning full tilt with a 1st place win at the Frederick County Parks and Recreation Trails 4 Miles trail race! Nice work Dr. D! He was cheered on at many points through the race by his bike crew kids.

Fun fact: Did you know Dr. D has run multiple 50 mile trail races BK(before kids)? 50 miles! 😱
