For the month of February, we will be accepting a limited number of new patients.

📍 Eligibility requirements:
• Patients must reside in Stephens City and have a Stephens City address

👩‍⚕️ Providers accepting new patients:
• Dr. Joel Grant
• Jordan Pacilla, NP

🚫 Insurance plans we are unable to accept at this time (due to full patient panels):
• Medicare or any Medicare Advantage plans
• Medicaid
• Tricare (Humana Military)

🚨 Important Insurance Notice Regarding Anthem Healthkeepers🚨
• Our providers are NOT in-network with ANY Anthem HealthKeepers products
• Our office does not file medical claims with Anthem HealthKeepers
• Patients with Anthem HealthKeepers insurance are treated as self-pay for all services

To ensure the safety of our patients and employees, our staff will be working remotely on Monday. The building will be closed, and we will not be seeing patients in person. Our team will still be available to answer phones and provide care through virtual visits. Office hours will remain the same: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, closed for lunch from 12:00–1:30 PM.

In celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, our office will be closed on Christmas Day so our team can worship and spend time with family. We will reopen on Friday, December 26.
