I had just had an appointment with my P*P to start my weight loss journey but my insurance wouldn't cover medication. I left discouraged. However, Martha Adair Nolen Vesterlund DNP, APRN, FNP-C, ANP-C told me to not be discouraged that she could help me with my weight loss journey. I started in February and I weighed 319 lbs and tonight I weighed myself and I'm 254 lbs. It's been 30 years since I've been this weight.
