Will I Lose Control in a Hypnotherapy session?

Nope. Not even a little.

Let’s clear this up once and for all — because this is the number one question people ask me.
When you’re in hypnosis, you’re not under anyone’s control.
You’re in full command of your mind — just deeply relaxed, highly focused, and finally able to access the part of your brain that actually makes change happen.

You can open your eyes, speak, move, laugh, or bail out anytime you want.
If something doesn’t align with your values — your subconscious simply won’t accept it.
So no, I can’t make you bark like a dog or reveal your bank PIN (even though that would make paying invoices a lot faster 😏).

Hypnotherapy isn’t about losing control —
