Payments can be made through Venmo by searching in the app. Onyx Therapeutic Counseling does not bill insurances, all sessions are private pay only. However, a statement will be provided upon request. It is recommended that the insurance company is contacted prior to the first appointment, to obtain information about "out-of-network" insurance benefits for psychotherapy. Insurance contact information can be found on the back of the insurance card. Call the contact number to get details for mental health services benefits. Onyx Therapeutic Counseling offers evening and weekend appointments. All appointments must be scheduled in 24 hrs.
