Hey Yogis and Yoginis!! We are starting a new Fall schedule Sept 5th.
Classes offered are:
Hatha Yoga: Monday, Wednesday 6 p.m.

Restorative Yoga: designated Thursdays 6 p.m.
space is limited for RY, you must reserve a spot

All classes held at the Senior Center: 164 E College Street
(classes are open to the public!)

A suggested LOVE donation of $5 per class or pay what you are moved to.
