Community Health Clinic (CHC) provides medical services for people of all ages. Walk-ins and same day appointments usually available.

Providers include: Dr. Marcum, Dr. Banks, Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Fowler, Cortney Fanning, FNP, and Josh Carswell, PA-C. We believe that each individual is a unique person and deserves the highest quality health care that is both economical and caring. We deliver this health care without regard to age, race, s*x, personal beliefs, physical handicaps, or economic status. CHC participates in most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.

CHC will close at 12:00pm on Christmas Eve, and be closed on Christmas Day. We will reopen on Friday, December 26th at 8:00am.
