We get it. You really want a TheraBand. ⁣

They are admittedly pretty cool. If you're not familiar, they're thick elastic bands that provide a way to strengthen muscles by using resistance. ⁣
⁣
If you have an injury or condition, HomeTown Physical Therapy can prescribe specific exercises for you to do and, yes... there's a chance that a TheraBand may be used to perform these exercises. ⁣
⁣
We like them because they're inexpensive, easily portable and you can vary their resistance. But, hey, there's loads more cool stuff to like about , so let's not obsess about the Theraband! 😂
