Fire Flow Yoga

Fire Flow Yoga Hot yoga since 2014 I am a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2014. I started off teaching once a week at Stephenville Dance Center.

Last year, I opened Fire Flow Yoga Studio to continue to spread my love for hot yoga and the many benefits a regular practice can bring. I work full time, so my class offering is limited for now. My current class schedule is:

Hot Yoga Mondays at 9am & 7:45 pm

Hot Yoga on Thursdays at 7:45 pm. All classes are $10 each and last 60-70 minutes.

I am a certified yoga teacher (CYT200) and have been teaching yoga in Stephenville since 2014. I currently teach at Yogi Fit (hot yoga) and Anytime Fitness (power yoga, Yoga Fusion).
