This week we celebrate Long-Term Care Administrators Week, and we want to give a big shoutout to our administrator, Kevin, for everything he does for our residents and staff each day.

Being an administrator in long-term care takes leadership, patience, compassion, and the ability to juggle a hundred things at once. Kevin consistently shows up for our residents, supports our team, and works hard to make our facility the best it can be.

We also discovered during our photo session that keeping a straight face might be the one job requirement Kevin is still working on 😂 After several attempts (and lots of laughs), we finally captured a few photos.

All jokes aside, we’re incredibly grateful for Kevin’s dedication, leadership, and sense of humor.
