Chiropractic Future has officially submitted 3 powerful filings to the U.S. Department of Justice to challenge systemic discrimination against chiropractors.

What’s Included:
▫️ Provider Nondiscrimination – Urges enforcement of Section 2706 to stop insurance discrimination against chiropractors delivering needed patient care.
▫️ Medicare Coverage Gaps – Challenges CMS policies that exclude chiropractors from reimbursement for services already covered when performed by other providers.
▫️ ERISA Abuse – Calls out misuse of ERISA preemption to deny coverage, reduce reimbursement, and bypass state-level protections for chiropractic care.

💡 Why It Matters:
This effort challenges harmful federal policies and longstanding non-enforcement, putting chiropractic care in the spotlight for meaningful, lasting change.

This past weekend was a productive one. I attended Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan in Las Vegas.
The amazing group of leaders are volunteers. We have given to the initiative thousands of hours of volunteer time. Many of the leaders have also donated financially.
We believe the profession will move closer together under the banner of Unity Without Uniformity.
