For many teens, graduating high school can bring a mix of excitement, uncertainty, pressure, grief, and hope all at once. Whether they’re heading to college, entering the workforce, taking a gap year, or still figuring things out, this season can have a significant impact on mental health and identity development.

As parents, caregivers, educators, and supporters, one of the most valuable things we can offer is reassurance that growth does not require having everything figured out immediately.
