The most common areas my clients say are their problem focuses are the neck and back

Some reasons may be

✔️Poor posture
✔️Improper lifting
✔️Dual computer monitors
✔️Weak core muscles
✔️Lack of stretching
✔️Over use
✔️Improper ergonomic sitting at the desk

If you've noticed tightness and pain in your back and neck think about these reasons and try to alter these situations.

Massage will help loosen and relieve the tension until you can get into a new routine.

Regular massage every 2-4 weeks will help keep everything aligned and minimize daily pain.
