For those who are new to me, my name is Priti, and I'm passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga.
My journey with yoga began during a period of unexplained joint pain, which led me to a deeper, compassionate connection with myself as I adapted regular yoga practices to alleviate my pain and discomfort. Since then, I've dedicated myself to teaching and sharing the profound benefits of this practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore, grow, and find balance.
I’m a 500-hour yoga teacher with a focus on trauma & eating-disorders-informed, accessible, and inclusive yoga. For me, teaching yoga is all about community care, not just a business.
My team and I are dedicated to challenging yoga stereotypes. We believe yoga isn’t just about fancy poses or fitting a certain image—it’s for everyone, regardless of fitness level, age, or background.
In our classes, we focus on fostering self-awareness so you can find what works best for your unique body. We celebrate body diversity and are mindful of injuries and chronic conditions.
